LOIS MAY ERTEL OCT. 6, 1937 - FEB. 17, 2007 Age 69. Lois was a resident of Modesto and was a native of Brownsville, TX. She was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, and a member of the Bell Choir. She was a wonderful Mother and Grandmother, she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her children, John Ertel of Modesto and Laura Thomas of Lawrenceville, GA; her sisters, Nancy West of Bath, PA, Sue Murray of Campbell, and Joy Elam of Dallas, TX; her brother, Leroy Gilmore of Colorado Springs; grandchildren, Laurie Thomas, Kathryn Thomas, Desirae Thomas, John Ertel and Brittany Ertel. She was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Ertel.
